AFTER YOU ENROLL YOUR NEW CUSTOMER... 
 
  • TEXT, CALL OR AUDIO MESSAGE: "Congratulations!! You’re going to get a Welcome Email with your ID# and additional information from YOLI. I'll add you to our Private Facebook group (or group thread) for continued education, inspiration and support" 
EXAMPLE CONVERSATIONS to support your NEW TRANSFORMATION KIT Customers.
 
  • DAY 1: Offer Encouragement & Excitement -Remind them to scan the barcode on the inside of their kit, plus review the BBS Booklet in their kit & to take their "before" pictures & measurements.
    • "I'm so excited for you to get started, you're going to love it!"
 
  • DAY 3: 1st High Carb Day
    • “High Carb day, what are you having for your carbs?"
 
  • DAY 5: 2nd High Carb Day - Troubleshoot if necessary.
    • ​"What have you been most excited about so far?" 
    • "How open are you to sharing your results?"
 
Ask them to share their results on social media or if it's ok for you to celebrate and tag them in a post. Perhaps anonymously?
 
  • DAY 7: Congratulate them on their BBS week 1 RESULTS!!! ASK the following impactful questions:
    • ​"Do you know anyone who might benefit from doing this with you?" 
    • "Anyone you'd love to help get results like you?"
    • "Hypothetically speaking, If I could show you a way to get your products paid for or earn income, would you be open to taking a look at how you can do that?" PLEASE NOTE: You can NOT talk about the Business Opportunity to those customers who have been assigned to you through the Co-op Marketing Program.
 
If Reply was YES – Say: "Perfect, I'll send you over a short video explaining everything"
If Reply was NO – Just keep loving on them and supporting them as your AMAZING customer. 
 
Say: "I totally understand, if you think of anyone that could benefit, please send them my way"
 
  • ​DAY 21: Review their on-line account + Subscribe & Save order, provide Yoli's Customer Service information and CONTINUE supporting them. Keep them informed as promotions and new products launch.
